Agreeing on suitable child arrangements upon divorce or separation can often be a source of stress and anxiety for parents.

Often an agreement cannot be reached, whether involving the child's residence, support or contact. In these cases, the Court can step in and decide the full conditions of the contact the child shall have with each parent or other relatives. This is known as a Child Arrangement Order.
